    Design advice/assistance with the creation of a refurbishment concept. If neccessary, we undertake preliminary discussions with local planning officers to guage the feasability of any proposed scheme, and if required, provide recommendation of architects/engineers and contractors to compile technical drawings and quotations respectively. The package assists with information for submission to planners/building control PRIOR to commencement of works.

    On commencement of work we ADDITIONALLY undertake full management of the project i.e. liasing with architects, building control officials, and contractors where appropriate to ensure completion as quickly as possible.
